Shipping & Returns
Purchases will be shipped via USPS from our flagship store in Brooklyn, NY. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 4-12 business days from receipt of your order.
- The shipping cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order, and we do not charge a handling, or processing fee.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not process orders Saturday, or Sunday.
- We ship to US states, and internationally, only excluding the United Kingdom.
- We do ship to US Military address, and P.O. boxes.
- If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to either switch the item, or remove it from your order. We will not ship your order until we hear back from you.
- If you decide to change your order, we are able to do that before shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot change orders after shipping.
- Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking information.

Making returns is quite easy with us. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us. We're happy to give you a full refund, or send you a different product. Items must be shipped back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will either refund, or send out the replacement.
